南祥螺紋元件取自優(yōu)質(zhì)材料、經(jīng)精加工、真空淬火精制而成。我公司螺紋元件采購(gòu)國(guó)內(nèi)-線品牌生產(chǎn)的W6Mo5Cr4V2材料，材料經(jīng)過(guò)理化分析、金相分析檢驗(yàn)合格。所有產(chǎn)品經(jīng)數(shù)控化設(shè)備加工、利用真空設(shè)備淬火，硬度控制在HRC60°-62°之間，具有很高的耐磨性和良好的韌性。同時(shí)也可采用38CrMoAL，經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)氮化處理，氮化深度達(dá)0.50-0.60mm,硬度控制在HV950-1100。根據(jù)客戶要求也可采用國(guó)外高耐磨的粉末合金鋼，如:MM60、WR5、WR13、 WR14、SAM10、SAM39等，對(duì)特殊要求耐腐蝕環(huán)境使用元件，還可提供316L、SX737、C276高耐腐蝕材料。
